Cost: $35 per person This year marks the anniversaries of alumni graduating in the years ending 2 and 7. Also, there will be great door prizes for the oldest and youngest alumni, for the largest class in attendance, and for other categories as well. In October 2008, Nikki E. Owens, a junior at Bowie State University, received a Milton Pericles Darden III Memorial Scholarship from the Scott Lee Foundation during its First Annual Nicole Lynette Scott Lee Memorial Scholarship Awards Reception. 
Dr. Gail S. Medford, a native of New Orleans and a full professor of Theatre Arts, is an alumna of Xavier University of New Orleans, the University of South Carolina, and the University of Maryland at College Park, where she received her B.A in Communication Arts, M.A. in Acting and Ph.D. in Public Communications: Theatre, respectively. 
Barbara Crosby graduated from Bowie State University in spring 1989 with a Master of Public Administration with a focus in healthcare.
