The discounted price for all BSU Alumni and friends is $126.84, which includes Maryland State taxes and hotel occupancy taxes. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must specify that you are calling to make reservations for the "Bowie State University Homecoming Group." (This group rate is for single, double, triple, and quad room accommodations). Reservations can be made by calling (301) 464-0089, or Reservations 1-877-424-6423. The cut-off date to make reservations is Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 5 p.m. eastern standard time. Please note: Links to hotels are provided as a convenience only. My experience at BSU has been positive. I have had the opportunity to learn from great professors who are truly interested in seeing me excel.
Gilbert E. Pryor Jr., a native of Washington, D.C., holds a master's degree from Bowie State University in organizational communication and a bachelor's degree in music education with a minor in trumpet from Howard University.
