Spring 2013 Career & Internship Fair General Information
The Career Development Center will sponsor our annual Fall Career & Internship Fair on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the McKeldin Gym. You are cordially invited to participate in this program. The Career & Internship Fair is the premier event on campus that gives employers an opportunity to:
- Recruit quality employees
- Identify an internship candidate pool
- Develop relationships with students
- Establish and maintain an on-campus brand
- Network with faculty and administrators Schedule for the Day
9:00am – 10:30am Employer Set-Up and Continental Breakfast
10:00am - 2:00pm Students circulate throughout the McKeldin Gym
12:00pm – 1:30pm Lunch
2:00pm Conclusion of the event Pricing Structure
Government & Non-Profit - $150.00
Profit - $200.00
Extra Attendee - $25.00 Registration
Provided with registration: 10x6 draped booth with 6ft covered table, 2 chairs and waste basket, a continental breakfast, and buffet-style hot lunch for two (2) representatives. Companies wishing to bring more than two representatives must pay an additional $25/per extra rep. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. To secure your booth, receipt of the registration form must be received no later than April 8, 2013 and the registration fee must be received by April 10, 2013. Registration will close when the event is fully booked. Once we have reached our maximum capacity, your organization will be placed on a waiting list. If an organization cancels or has not paid in full, we will contact those on our waiting list in the order in which they registered to fill the open slot. Cancellations made after April 10, 2013 will not be refunded. Register online using the Online Registration Form.
