Program Activity #3: Faculty Learning Communities: Using the vision created by the FTT, groups of 8-12 faculty members assemble to continue the pedagogical dialogue beyond the grant period. The communities, facilitated by members of the FTT, meet periodically to discuss best practices and current scholarship in higher education. The communities are slowly phased in and designed to create a pedagogical paradigm shift on campus.
