Bowie State University Hosts First Major Performance in New Building
Catch a sneak peak at the new black box theatre at Bowie State University's state-of-the-art Fine and Performing Arts Center with a free performance open to the public by Baltimore-native Paige Hernandez. A combination of poetry, dance, visual arts and live music, "Paige in Full" tells the story of a multicultural girl growing up in Baltimore whose identity is shaped by her ethnicity and popular culture. This personal yet relevant story is told through a hip-hop theatre performance style.
