BSU Dept. of Communications Presents Second Annual Media Day

WHAT:
The Department of Communications at Bowie State University will host its Second Annual Media Day with the theme "Survival in the New Media."  The event will feature a keynote speaker, panel discussion, as well as a question and answer session. Students will have to opportunity to learn firsthand from communications professionals in radio, television, print and public relations. In addition, attendees will hear the steps needed in order to obtain an internship, a job and develop a successful career plan. This event is free and open to all Bowie State staff, faculty and students as well as the general public.

The keynote speaker for this year's Media Day is David S. Dickerson President of DDC, Inc./Eyes & Ears MediaWorks and national director of Hoopkidz/ Hoopelite.
