I am seeking your support for the 2011-2012 Faculty/Staff Campaign.  This campaign provides the faculty and staff, an opportunity to demonstrate our support for the university in a manner that impresses other potential contributors.  In these difficult economic times, our gifts today are more important than ever before.  Our participation sends a powerful message to our corporate and business partners as we seek their financial contributions; consequently giving our university better positioning in the competitive fundraising process.

It is your participation that is most important in this effort.  How much you choose to give is a personal decision that will be respected.  You may also support any part of the university.  The Office of Institutional Advancement has several ways for you to give to make your decision to participate more convenient.

As chair of this year's campaign, I would like to make you aware of a very special way in which you could support the university. Construction of the new Fine and Performing Arts Center is nearly complete.  I want to offer you the opportunity to be among the first to "Take A Seat" in one of the new performance venues.

Enclosed is a brochure telling you more about this special campaign in support our transition to this fine academic performance facility. I understand the challenges that educators are facing in this economic climate.
