BowieCard -
Establish a BowieCard steering committee, comprised of students, to promote the use of the BowieCard to local businesses as well as departments around campus who do not yet utilize BowieCard services. -
Investigate a BowieCard based security system on campus (i.e. Housing and Center for Learning and Technology). -
Develop training and operation materials for the Auxiliary Services office. Bookstore -
Increase sales and related commissions by 10% annually. -
Implement the BookNow system which will allow registered students to order textbooks online. -
Increase textbook buyback by 20% by having a remote site on campus. -
Increase the variety of apparel and gift items available. -
Integrate the BowieCard with Follett’s Point of Sale system. -
Establish a viable Bookstore Steering committee consisting of faculty, staff, and students Food Services -
Improve customer relations by providing better service to our customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner and improving the variety and quality of food. -
Continue with the growth and development of the Food Services Steering Committee. -
