These are the instructions for the password reset feature through OWA:

1. Go to the Bowie State University Email site.
2. When logging on, you will be prompted to change your password If you have not done so in recent months.
3. Enter your account logon credentials (bsu\yourusernarne).
4. Enter your old password.
   Enter your new password. The new password must be at least eight characters and must meet at least two of the following complexity requirements:
   • English lowercase characters (a - z)
   • English uppercase characters (A - Z)
   • Base 10 digits (0 - 9)
   • Non-alphanumeric: (for example: !, $, #, or %)
   • Unicode characters
5. Confirm your new password by retyping it and click on the OK button.
6. Click on the link In the password change window and you will be redirected to the BSU email login page.
7. You may now login with your new password.
