Q.  How do I retrieve my messages away from campus?

• Dial 301-860-4999, you will reach the message center, attendant will ask for your mail box , then press * and attendant will ask for your passcode.

   

Q.  How do I get a copy of the Campus Directory?

• From your desk top, click on My Computer, click Print 1 Bulldog 2 (some may click Print Center), then click Campus Telephone and BSU Directory.

   

Q.  My phone just rings and calls no longer go into voice mail-how do I get voice mail back?

• With your receiver down, press Speaker, your FWD/BSY button , then 24999. Do the same with your FWD/NA button and those lamps should light red. If at any time, the lamps are not lit, your voice mail is cancelled.
