FALL 2015 Freshmen & Transfer Students
All new freshman pre-nursing majors receive initial academic advisement services through the BSU Academic Advisement Center. Upon achieving a total of 60 academic credits, freshman students will then be advised through the Department of Nursing.
All transfer pre-nursing majors with 60 or more academic credits are advised through the BSU Department of Nursing. Transfer students can access their assigned nursing faculty or Academic Advisor by visiting the Department of Nursing and reviewing our student advisement roster!
All transfer pre-nursing majors will be assigned a department faculty or Academic Adviser at the start of each academic semester. Once advisement has been assigned, an official announcement will be made on the nursing webpage. Students should then visit the department to access the student advisement roster to identify their assigned adviser and begin scheduling appointments for academic consultation!
Should students have any questions or concerns, feel free to visit our office located in the Center for Learning & Technology (CLT Suite 202).
All Current BSU Nursing Students
All current nursing majors must email their faculty adviser to schedule an advisement appointment. (see our "Faculty & Staff" menu link)
