The Dawn of A Great New Day!
Spring Semester 2013

        

        Excitement is in the air!  A great new school year is upon us.  With it comes unlimited opportunities for growth, new ideas, renewed partnerships and immeasurable success. 

        The College of Education continues to prepare highly effective professionals for P-12, mental health and sport management environments.      

        The scholarly productivity of our dedicated faculty is on the rise.  We have increased our Professional Development School (PDS) participation, improved student success rates and enhanced support of faculty and staff development.  Our dedicated Community and Student Advisory Boards remain committed to our success, and work diligently to support and promote the College of Education.  With each new day, in every course, through partnerships and special initiatives, we continue to prepare effective, caring and collaborative educators for a global society.

        In pressing forward to maintain excellence, civility, integrity, diversity and accountability, let no one deter you from your path or hamper your progress.        I wish you much success during this academic year and onward.
