Senior Focus:Mark Your Calendar

Attention seniors!!!! The time is ticking for those seniors graduating May 2011. The BSU Bookstore is your source for caps and gowns, college rings, diploma frames and many more items that will make graduating from BSU most memorable. It is recommended that students pre-order their items to ensure proper fit.

Students who are not able to attend the bookstore event on the dates above, can also place their orders online at www. Herffjones.com/college/graduation/bsu. Distribution of caps and gowns will be on Tuesday, May 17^th from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and Wednesday, May 18^th, 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m. in the Wiseman Center for students who pre-ordered on campus or online. Students who did not pre-order will be able to purchase or pick up their caps and gowns on Wednesday, May 18^th from 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

Note, for those students who did not pre-order, there will only be a limited amount of caps and gowns, so they will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a $25.00 late fee will be charged. All students must have a Graduation Clearance Letter from the Registrar's Office, located in the Henry Building, in order to pick up their caps and gowns.
