        Paul Hester teaches school law and related courses in administration.  Most recently, Dr. Hester presented at Oxford University in England as a 2005 delegate to the Oxford Round Table.

        Dr. Hester has more than 40 years in teaching and education administration at the K-12 level of instruction and the university level.  He has been a fellow with the Southern Education Foundation in Atlanta and in the Academy for Political Analysis at Louisiana State University. 

        Dr. Hester has been a Department Chair of Education Administration at North Carolina Central University, Durham; Department Chair of Curriculum & Instruction at North Carolina A & T University at Greensboro; and Department Chair of Curriculum and Instruction at Southern University, Baton Rouge.  Dr Hester holds a life/certification in K-12 administration in the state of Missouri.
