DIT Support Services receives calls from faculty, staff, and students and filters those calls to the responsible division. All calls are prioritized using our issue ticketing system; therefore, the duration of your wait time will depend on how critical your issue is and the order in which your call was received. The Division of Information Technology Help Desk Office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Help Desk Closure Schedule - 2008-2009Saturdays and Sundays - Closed
