Grants management manuals and other documents The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is the central administrative office responsible for submitting proposals and accepting awards on behalf of Bowie State University. As such, the ORSP strives to provide its faculty and staff with pertinent information that will prepare them for success in the world of grant management. Within this section Principal Investigators (PIs) will be able to find useful overviews and manuals to assist them with various tasks pertaining to grant management, from Proposal Preparation & Submission to Federal Compliance & Award Closeout. Here, PIs can also gain insight on the administrative processes that the ORSP must frequently negotiate prior to accepting an award on behalf of the University.
