The Teleconference Center is located in the Office of Media Operations (OMO) Library 080K. It is equipped with the University System of Maryland’s Interactive Video Network (IVN), utilizing Internet protocol which can transmit and receive instructional/distance education programs to and from IVN affiliates within the University System of Maryland as well as professional development activities. The use of IVN services must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the date of intended use by contacting the OMO engineer, David Fisher, at 301-860-3903.

Dr. LaTanya N. Brown, associate professor, has over 10 years of experience in the field of economics. In December 2003, Dr. Brown received her doctorate degree in economics from Howard University. 
After earning a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing from James Madison University, Angela spent more than a decade working in small and large organizations and honing her leadership and organizational skills.
