In order to graduate, all library fines must be cleared! 

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Thurgood Marshall Library, Circulation Desk (first floor) to check your account for any outstanding fines.

  2. If you DO NOT have any fines, great news! Congratulations!

  3. If you DO have fines, here is what you need to do:

    1. Get a print out of the fine owed

    2. The library does not accept payment, but you can pay library fines two ways:

      1. Pay at the cashier at Student Accounts in the Henry Administration Building. 
                       OR

      2. Pay via IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Here is what to do:

Dial 1-866-364-5826

Enter student/employee ID number
If correct, press 1

To pay library fines, press 3

To pay with Checking/Savings Account, Press 1

Enter 9 digit bank routing and then the # (pound sign)
If correct, Press 1
Enter bank account # (including any zeroes in the beginning)
If correct, Press 1
Enter amount of payment 
If correct, Press 1
To process payment Press 1
Once processed, record confirmation number

To pay with Credit Card, Press 2

Enter credit card number and then the # (pound sign)
Enter expiration date and then the # (pound sign)
Enter billing zip code and then the # (pound sign)
Enter amount of payment 
If correct, Press 1
To process payment Press 1
Once processed, record confirmation number

Please note: You MUST maintain your confirmation number. The cashier DOES NOT provide receipts for IVR transactions.

  1. Take your paid receipt back to the library so that your account can be cleared!
