The arts are an integral part of education. Each semester, we plan opportunites for TRIO students to access some of the resources available to us in the Baltimore/Washington, DC, area. All activities are free of charge forTRIO students and include transportation. We travel to plays, museums, performances, and other events—these opportunities are listed on our Events & Extras page and SSS calendar each semester. Cultural Events, Fall 2012 October 19th-20th: Achievers Leadership Retreat, Depart CLT parking lot on Friday at 2:30 p.m. & Return Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Challenge yourself on the high ropes course or cheer your fellow Achievers on as they reach new heights. This retreat offers leadership training, team building, s'mores, games, and lots of fun.
