You may be eligible for the SSS/TRIO Achievers program if you are a Bowie State University student and U.S. citizen or permanent resident who meets at least one of the following requirements:

• Neither of your parents has a college degree.
• Your income (or your guardian’s income if you are a dependent) is classified as low-income under federal guidelines.
• You have a documented disability.

The SSS program must follow these eligibility criteria in order to receive the federal grant that makes our program possible.

If you think you may be eligible for the program, submit your application, supplemental evaluation form, and most recent tax return (or your guardians' tax return) as outlined on the application instructions form. Applications may be obtained by downloading from this site, visiting us in CLT Suite 348 or by calling the Administrative Assistant at 301-860-3298.
