Awards Nomination InformationBowie State University will honor individuals - with an emphasis on marylanders - for their personal accomplishments, their contributions to social progress for African Americans, and/or their contributions to society as a whole |
Sponsorship InformationSponsorship will help to assure this honor is a meaningful one for the recipients who are selected. Sponsorships help to underwrite the cost of the event: The expenses associated with the collection and production of the oral histories that will become part of the university's library archives, the engagement of the keynote speaker, and the engagement of musical entertainment.
