George AcquaahDr. George Acquaah, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, will discuss the implications of biotechnology, climate change, and poverty reduction on Africa’s national development as the keynote speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Biotechnology and National Development, organized by Godfrey Okoye University in Enugu, Nigeria.

George AcquaahDr. James Dula, a member of the Bowie State Board of Visitors, was appointed chief operations officer of Educare Resource Center (ECR), where he is responsible for program development, community outreach, and general operations. He will also serve as chairman for the newly created Joint Generations Healthy Communities Committee dedicated to bridging the gap between seniors and youth in communities. ECR is a nonprofit business serving veterans, seniors, individuals and families.
