Why did you choose to attend Bowie State University?
I chose to attend Bowie State University because of its education program when I aspired to be a teacher.

What professor has had the most impact on you and why?
Professor Antoinette Chinn, she is so passionate about her subject matter.  She encourages me to challenge myself and not to settle for less.

How Bowie State University helped to enhance your cultural experiences?
Bowie State has offered courses that have culturally impacted my life and made me aware of my history.

Next Steps
I would like to attend graduate school at Bowie State, hopefully in a year.  I would like to study something in the field of criminal justice (not sure yet).

What extracurricular activities and community service have made a significant and positive difference in your life?
I was once part of the education club here at BSU.  I helped restore an elementary school library for students in Prince George's County.  It felt good and positively affected the students because they now had the opportunity to read and buy books that would help impact their educational careers.
