Description: The Department of English and Modern Languages presents the Beloved Read-a-Thon in celebration of Toni Morrison's birthday and her contributions to literature. Students, faculty and staff will read Morrison's Beloved novel in 10-minute increments.
My experience at Bowie State University has been great. Looking back to my freshman year when I first enrolled into the school, I have done nothing but grown.
Dr. Sunando Sengupta has always been passionate about teaching and trying to enhance the learning experience through the use of technological aides. His love for teaching brought him to Bowie State University where he has been teaching since fall 2005.
Originally from Leslie, Ga., Felicia Mensah received her bachelor's degree in pedology from Bowie State University in May 2008. While attending the University she often mentioned how she was positively influenced by faculty members Drs. Freddie Vaughn and Kim Barnett.
