Welcome to the Enterprise Support Services. We are the one-stop shop for all of your technology needs on campus. Information and Academic Support Systems is dedicated to providing quality service to the students, faculty, and staff of BSU in a timely manner. You may submit your request for service several ways:
Enterprise Support Services receives calls from faculty, staff, and students and filters those calls to the responsible division. All calls are prioritized using our issue ticketing system; therefore, the duration of your wait time will depend on how critical your issue is and the order in which your call was received.
The Enterprise Support Services Help Desk Office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Enterprise Support Services team also manages three open labs and two instructor labs, located on the first floor of Thurgood Marshall Library.
Undergraduate Student Computer Labs (090C and 090D) Hours:
090C: 27 PCs all equipped with Windows 7 & Microsoft Office 2007
090D: 35 PCs all equipped with Windows 7 & Microsoft Office 2007
Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-12 a.m. Friday 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Graduate Student Computer Lab Hours:
Monday-Thursday 1 p.m.-12 a.m. Friday 1 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
