Satellite Parking for Visitors to Campus It is strongly advised that visitors take the MARC train or METRO busses to the rally. The MARC Penn line and MetroBus lines B21, B22 and B27 go directly to the Bowie State campus. Click here for more information on bus and train transportation to the rally There will be parking at the Bowie Race Track. Please note this will be the ONLY off-site event parking. There will be NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE BOWIE STATE CAMPUS. Parking lot will open at 10 a.m.
Shuttle busses to the venue will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Gates will open at 12:30 p.m.
Program begins approximately 1:50 p.m. From route 50 east or west
Take exit 11 to Route 197 north
Turn right on Old Chapel Road and follow to the end
Turn left on Race Track Rd.
Follow signs to parking lot
Shuttle busses will take you to the event From 295 (Baltimore Washington Pkwy)

Pass Bowie State University
Go left on Old Chapel Road and follow to the end

My experience at BSU has been positive. I have had the opportunity to learn from great professors who are truly interested in seeing me excel.
Dr. Gail S. Medford, a native of New Orleans and a full professor of Theatre Arts, is an alumna of Xavier University of New Orleans, the University of South Carolina, and the University of Maryland at College Park, where she received her B.A in Communication Arts, M.A. in Acting and Ph.D. in Public Communications: Theatre, respectively. 
Greg and Laurie Fields met at Bowie State University in 1998 while they were pursuing bachelor's degrees. Both of them were in the Honor's Society and the Ronald McNair Scholars program.
