Instructions:

1. Click on this link to be taken to the password reset self-service kiosk.

2. Enter your BSU user name (i.e. jdoe0234).

3. Enter your 7-digit Student or Employee ID.

4. Set-up your secret questions and answers. This will only be required during the first-time use.

5. Head over to "Create a New Password" to reset your current/expired one.

6. Click on "Submit" and you will receive a confirmation of your password reset.
