Speaking little English, Ji-Wu Jia came to the United States with his wife and son in 1989 from Beijing, China, a society that is much more open to the world now than years ago. Home to the 2008 Olympics, Beijing is also where Jia received a bachelor’s degree in computer programming from Beijing College of Economics.
Prior to his responsibilities at BSU, Ellis served two decades as vice president with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), the premier trade association of the nation's free-over-the-air broadcast radio and television stations. Following his retirement from NAB in 2004, he founded and operated Dwight Ellis & Associates, a global media business and workforce development consultancy.
Dante Lee, only five years out of college, is the president and CEO of Diversity City Media, a successful multicultural marketing and public relations firm based in Columbus, OH, that helps Fortune 500 advertisers reach African American consumers online.
