Workshop Description

Performance management is the process of maintaining or improving employee job performance through the use of performance assessment tools, coaching, and counseling as well as providing continuous feedback, (SHRM 2016).

This workshop walks you through how to conduct the interview and complete the Performance Management Process (PMP) form required for submission by the Office of Human Resources.
