Supervisory Training Seminar

The Office of Human Resources will conduct a half-day Supervisory Development Seminar in the Student Center Wiseman Ballrooms, B and C on December 1, 2022, from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

You are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop to refresh your skills and acquire additional ones through multiple modules delivered by subject matter experts. Modules will include compliance topics such as:

What’s the latest on the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Avoiding Ethics Pitfalls and Issues – certification will be provided from the Ethics Commission for those who are required to take ethics training
Employee Evaluation: Let’s Do it Right
Bully No More!
Conflict Mediation
Quiet Quitting is a Thing
