Request a tutoring session
You can request a tutoring session during any center’s hours of operation in two ways: walk-in and appointment.
A walk-in arrangement gives you the opportunity to receive tutoring assistance on the spot; whereas an appointment arrangement allows you to schedule a tutoring session on a day and at a time that work for you. Please contact each center for more information. For the PRISEM Center, please call 301-860-3999.
- Walk-In: All tutoring centers provide walk-in assistance. Check center hours for specific times.
- Referral: Your professor may recommend tutoring.
- Mandatory: Some courses require students to seek tutoring services.
The PRISEM Center provides support for undergraduate students and limited services for graduate students. The center’s staff works closely with faculty to help students overcome challenges in the classroom.
