MS. GRETA BIBBS, A.A., B.S., M.A.
Director of Affiliated Housing, Christa McAuliffe Residential Community (CMRC)
Ms. Bibbs joined the Capstone Management team as an Assistant Manager & Residence Life Coordinator at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in June of 2001. Although she found the residential life component rewarding, she requested a lateral transfer to Millennium Hall, located at Towson University, in August of 2003 to enhance her managerial skills. After gaining the necessary skills, she was later named the General Manager at Walker Avenue Apartments at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Due to her knowledge and experiences within the company, she was recently promoted to a newly created position, Special Project Coordinator. Within this capacity, she is a support agent for the regional managers and is available to travel to various communities to provide assistance during major leasing events and/or transitional periods.
Currently Greta serves as the Director of Affiliated Housing at Christa McAulliffe Residential Community located at Bowie State University. Her primary responsibilities include the overall management of the university housing student apartment community. Some of her other areas of responsibility are as follows: but are not limited to fiscal oversight; program and student development; interpretation and enforcement of policies; leasing plans development; implementation, and oversight and supervision of employee's.
Ms. Bibbs received an Associate of Art at Itawamba Community College, a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work, with a specialty in Health from the University of Mississippi and her Master's in Social Work in Health Studies from the University of Alabama.
MS. YAISA WILLIAMS, B.A.

As the Assistant Manager of CMRC, Ms. Williams is responsible for providing support to the Residence Life Program, as well as, overseeing leasing and management operations for the 460 bed community.
Prior to CMRC, Yaisa worked at South Campus Commons at the University of Maryland as a Senior Account Coordinator overseeing student financials for the 1800 be property.
Yaisa received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in Media and Communications with a dual degree in American Studies.
MS. JULIE SULLIVAN, B.S.

Ms. Sullivan is the Assistant Manager of Operations of CMRC since 2008. She is the key manager responsible for the entire financial aspect of Christa McAuliffe Residential Community, as well as, advises residents on financial issues and oversees accounts payable and receivable. Ms. Sullivan's responsibilities also include the collaboration with Bowie State Financial Aid Office, Student Accounts, Student Affairs, The Comptroller Office and the Bowie Card Office. In addition, Ms. Sullivan serves in the rotation of duties in the supervision of the building.
Before joining the team at CMRC, Ms. Sullivan served in several positions, such as an Accountant and Law Enforcement officer in her home state of New York and relocated to the state of Maryland.
Ms. Sullivan received her undergraduate degree at the College of New Rochelle, located in Rochelle, NY. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Accounting at the University of Maryland University College.

As Resident Director of Christa McAuliffe Residential Community, Ms. Randall plays a significant role in overseeing the residents in the community to ensure that their needs are being met as it pertains to providing a living environment that it conducive to learning. Ms. Randall also strives to provide a safe environment that the students can feel secure and in their home away from home. We also provide programming to bring residents together to develop a sense of community.
Ms. Randall holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
