University Housing
The Office of Residence Life designates housing in three separate categories. When seeking housing, students may only apply for residence in one category.
Traditional Halls
Bowie State has six traditional residence halls on campus, each with its own amenities and distinct community atmosphere. The halls feature double rooms or suites with community bathrooms and showers. Learn about campus residence halls

CMRC offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments that are fully furnished and conveniently equipped with full kitchens. Rental fees include furniture, electricity, water/sewer, cable, and Internet. First-time freshmen are not eligible to live in CMRC, with the exception of students admitted to Bowie State’s Honors Program. Learn more about CMRC
