Bowie State University has facilities that can hold events for 20 to 1,500 people. We have a variety of space such as lecture halls, classrooms, meeting rooms, and conference rooms. Our style of setups range from permanent seating to customized arrangements to meet your needs. See below for space reservation packets and information about the online room scheduling system (for university employees and students only).
Online Room Scheduling
Conference Services has streamlined the room reservation process to make it easier to request the space you need.
At this time, we accept online reservation requests from members of the Bowie State University campus community (i.e., faculty, staff, and registered student clubs/organizations) using a Bowie State University email address. Non-university groups will continue to request space using a paper form.
