    Memorial to Honor Bowie State Student Murdered on UMD Campus

    Associated Press published a story on the groundbreaking ceremony to build a memorial to honor 1st Lieutenant Richard W. Collins III, the Bowie State student who was murdered on the University of Maryland’s campus in May of 2017.
