Extra Leave Day for the July 4^th Holiday

I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the entire Bowie State campus community for the outstanding efforts provided in support of our mission and the many contributions you have made to our continued success. In recognition of the commitment and dedication you have shown, I have authorized a day of administrative leave on Monday, July 3, for all faculty and staff members, allowing an early start to the July 4^th holiday. If the governor should authorize a statewide leave day on July 3, that will supersede this message.

Please put appropriate messages on your office phone and out-of-office email that the university will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
