  • How do I apply for an online program?
    Your application depends on which level of education you’re seeking. Each program has a separate set of requirements. View your specific program’s page to see application requirements. All graduate programs require a completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Can I work full-time while completing an online program at Bowie State?
    While many students work full time, each program has specific requirements. Consider how many hours you have available and how quickly you want to complete the program. We recommend reviewing the program details and speaking with an academic advisor to ensure the best approach
  • Should I apply to an online program at Bowie State if I only want to take one specific course online? 
    We currently do not offer one-off courses. If you’re currently enrolled at Bowie State, we encourage you to reach out to your program’s department to see if the course you want to take is available online. Our programs follow a cohort model, meaning we intentionally foster a tight-knit community for online students.
