If it gives us a new perspective
If it presents us what our true world looks like
If it feeds us knowledge
If it allows us our imagination
It’s taken.
Greater thoughts on paper,
covered in firm color, stripped away
letter by letter from our hands.
It never enables us learning emotion
It restricts us to new possibilities.
The ban on our knowledge leaves us malnourished.
Hungry for fulfilling power, given by this knowledge.
Repossession of what serves us in passionate ways
must take force.
The shelter has to be taken off of us, and soaring must take place.
