Password Management - Reset Instructions



Please use this article to reset your password.  This article applies to students, faculty, and staff who need to reset their passwords.

  1. Please have your Username and Employee/Student ID handy.
  2. Go to the Password Management Portal. Or from, navigate to Bulldog Connection > Password
  3. The Password Management Portal page will open. Type in your Username.

    Your username is the portion of your BSU email address before the @ sign.
    (i.e., “jdoe” for After entering your Username, click Submit.
  4. You will be prompted to verify your identity. Enter your Employee/Student ID, Click Submit.
  5. Select “Reset my password” and click Next.
  6. Enter a password, re-type your password, and click Submit.

    If you are using a system located on campus, you must reboot the computer.
