Enhancing Your Communication & Listening Skills

Critical listening skills are important. The ability to listen and remember is critical for business and personal success. Although listening is the communication skill used more than any other, it’s the skill which often receives the least attention as an activity, which can be learned and developed. 

In this course you will learn to understand the relationships between words, tone, and body language; explore the power of listening; and examine logic and emotion in the communication process. In addition, you will identify the strategic differences between one-way and two-way communication; measure successful listening processes; understand the tools you have available and how to use these effectively.
