BSU COSC Outreach - First Lego League Qualifier

"Battle 4 the Flame" is an annual robotics competition held at Bowie State University. The competition is a qualifying tournament for the FIRST Lego League Maryland State Championship (https://firstinmaryland.org).  

The FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) family of robotics programs represent a continuum of education and competition opportunities for students from grades K-12.   FIRST offers four programs: FIRST LEGO League Junior (grades K-4), FIRST LEGO League (grades 4-8), FIRST Tech Challenge (grades 7-12), FIRST Robotics Competition (grades 9-12).  

"Battle 4 the Flame" is organized by the Department of Computer Science with support and participation from the greater BSU community including BSU alumni. The event is also supported by volunteers from FIRST, Anne Arundel Community College, Army Research Laboratory and National Security Agency. Enter your information here to volunteer for the event.
