Doing Good - Making a Difference 

Attendees of this workshop will learn more about how their potential or existing business can change the community in which they live and how their business can do well while doing good (growing your business and your society). Panel participants will discuss opportunities, challenges, and resources involved in social entrepreneurship. The workshop will feature social enterprises and non-profits with the potential to incorporate a University-wide focus on social justice, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship. Funding streams for social enterprises will be highlighted and discussed, while best practices and examples of successful social enterprise programs will be examined.
