The Bowie State University Emergency Management Plan (EMP) is a comprehensive all-hazards approach that addresses the University’s response to catastrophic events affecting personal safety, protection of the campus infrastructures, and ongoing operations. The plan is a living document, intended as a constantly evolving guide. This workshop provides you with an introductory look at the Emergency Management Plan and provides a glance of the recent bomb threats that were experienced by Bowie State University and other HBCU communities across the nation.
