Mind Over Matter: Mental Health Workshop

This forum is an open space for the community to discuss the stigma in the Black & Brown community particularly mental health. Here, we will have an open space to learn and be heard throughout our community as well as gain skills to support friends and famliy while learning coping mechanisms. We will also focus on the systematic racism in our community (particulary black children) and the effects it has as we grow into adults.
