General William J. Walker, Sergeant at Arms for the U.S. House of Representatives to Visit BSU

On Monday, October 31st, the College of Business will host retired Major General William J. Walker, the Sergeant at Arms for the U.S. House of Representatives, who will give a presentation as a part of the COB's "Master Class" series.
General Walker is the first black man and the 38th person to serve as Sergeant at Arms for the U.S. House of Representatives. He will address the importance and impact of oral and written communication from an executive point of view, and share his personal story.
 
The session will be from 11:00 - 12:00, and networking will follow from 12:00 - 12:30. This historical event will take place in the James E. Proctor building, room 102, from 11:00 - 12:30.
