Jambalaya!

Families and friends are invited to Join Bowie State’s Jazz Ensemble under the direction of formal Department Chair, Dr. Clarence E. Knight, Jr. and Dr. Gilbert Pryor, Jr. This concert affords the BSU community the opportunity to experience public jazz and contemporary big band music. It is free to the public and features with the ensemble BSU students Kayla Adams and Erica Harrell and our vocalist Ms. Martina Kerns. Music selections include tunes such as Shiny Stockings, All of Me, Girl from Ipanema, In the Stone and other contemporary pieces.
