Take a breath, relax, and join BSU as we host Wellness Day. Wellness Day was developed to encourge the Bowie State University community to focus on self-care and maintenance of the mind, body, and soul. You will not want to miss this, as a special treat "HBCU Mental Health Matters" sweat-shirts will be raffled off throughout the day. Sponsored by the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, and Finance and Administration, Wellness day events are open to students, staff, and faculty.
