DIONNE: An Exhibition inspired by music and in tribute to the life, music, and career of Dionne Warwick

7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

The Department of Fine and Performing Arts is excited to share that we are now accepting artwork and are launching our call for entries for our special, juried art exhibition DIONNE: An Exhibition inspired by music and in tribute to the life, music, and career of Dionne Warwick. This is a group and community exhibition open to all and especially the BSU campus and we would love to see work from students, faculty, alumni, staff, and local artists here in Prince George's County and the DMV. Show us what you got! We are using music as the theme (jazz, classical, hip-hop, R&B, world, soul, pop, and more) and the work should explore music as a general theme and as a “language” we are especially encouraging any work that is inspired by music such as song, a verse from the huge library and career of Dionne Warwick.
