The Department of Natural Resources and Bowie State University invites you to join the MBSS summer training at Bowie State University in Bowie, MD, from May 30 to June 2. The following is a brief overview of the four-day training. Registration will open on April 15th

  • Taxonomy review â€" fish, crayfish, mussel, herpetofauna (afternoon)

• ​​Day 2: (31 May 2023) â€" Open Taxonomy Review
• ​Crayfish/mussel taxonomy presentations
• Fish taxonomy presentation
• All-day taxonomy review â€" fish, crayfish, mussel, herpetofauna

• ​Day 3: (1 June 2023) â€" Open Taxonomy Review and Exams
• Amphibian/Reptile taxonomy presentation
• Herpetofauna taxonomy exam (afternoon)
• Crayfish/mussel taxonomy exam d (afternoon)
• All-day taxonomy review â€" fish, crayfish, mussel, herpetofauna
