What is Racism in the 21st century?

Do you know what racism is in the 21st century? Dr. William Allen from the Department of History and Government will talk about understanding different conceptions of racism. Dr. Allen will argue that part of the problem in combating contemporary racism is the existence of competing conceptions of racism. Some conceptions are outdated or flawed, such that their use perpetuates white supremacy.
